Refund policy

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent, and we're here to assist you with any return or exchange inquiries you may have.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed with original packaging in place. Contact for any returns or exchanges must be made by emailing info@littlerainbow.com.au or fill out the contact us form within 7 business days of your receiving  your order, so we are able to best assist you. If more than 7 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

Refunds:

We do not offer Refunds for change of mind. In order to make a return, customers must first contact us following the above steps within 7 days from the date of purchase in order for exchange, store credit or refund.  When in contact please provide the below information:

  • Date of purchase
  • Original order number
  • Items to be returned
  • Reason for return, and
  • Your preference of exchange, store credit or refund.

Returns must be sent via Registered Post and directed to the address we provide you in email. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations, exchanges or returns.

Exchanges: 

If you wish to exchange items due to change of mind or incorrect sizing a store credit will be issued to the same value once your items have been returned and inspected, this does not include postage expenses. 

Faulty Items: 

Any faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for return or refund. Please follow the above steps in contacting us to arrange a return via post. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will arrange for the faulty goods to be replaced as soon as possible. All items must be returned in new condition with the correct packaging and tags in place. A refund will be issued if we cannot replace the item. Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Little Rainbow. Little Rainbow reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.  

Cancelling an Order:

Once you place your order online we cannot alter, exchange or refund the order whilst in processing. If you wish to exchange your items once received please refer to our exchanges & returns policy above for further information. 

It is recommended returning the parcel using a registered postal service as Little Rainbow cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. We do not cover postage costs for cancellations, exchanges or returns.
