AUSTRALIA SHIPPING POLICIES

Processing Times of orders: 

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended, however we will let you know if a delay may arise. 

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the updated status of your order. This email will also include a tracking link that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Estimated shipping time frames: 

All orders will be shipped out through the Australian government postal enterprise service Australia Post.  Below are the estimated time frames: 

Standard Shipping within NSW: 2-5 Business Days

Standard Shipping to other states within Australia: 3-7 Business Days

Express Shipping within NSW: Up to 2 Business Days

Express Shipping to other states within Australia: 2-4 Business Days

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING POLICIES 

For our New Zealand customers, all prices on littlerainbow.com.au are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices exclude Australian Goods & Service Tax and do not include relevant overseas customs, duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be imposed, and this is Your responsibility.  Please check with Your local customs office for further information.
 
All orders shipped to New Zealand will be charged the flat rate of $20 AUD on orders below $150 AUD for deliveries.

All orders will be shipped out through the Australian government postal enterprise service Australia Post.  Estimated shipping time frame: 5-10 business days, remote areas may take longer. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

For our international customers, all prices on littlerainbow.com.au are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices exclude Australian Goods & Service Tax and do not include relevant overseas customs, duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be imposed, and this is your responsibility.  Please check with Your local customs office for further information.

All orders will be charged a flat rate of $35 on orders below $150 AUD for deliveries. You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or a change in delivery address is requested by you.
